At Ferry Property we never lose sight of the fact than an investment property is one of your most important and valuable assets. For this reason we will assign you with a designated property manager who, with the support of the property management department, will provide you with a constant line of communication regarding the management of your investment.

Some of the services we offer:

  • Finding the right tenant for your property
    Our Leasing Consultant will confirm identity, employment, income details, rental history
    and debt check through national data bases such as TICA that have been set up for
    exclusive use of the property management industry.
  • Inspections
    We conduct full internal inspections twice yearly along with regular drive-by inspections
    throughout the year. We also send you a report in writing detailing our comments on
    the condition of your property and the tenants care of the property.
  • Lease renewals
    When the tenants lease is due to expire, we will discuss with you your preference in
    relation to re letting your property. We will also have discussions with the tenants in
    relation to their intentions as well as prepare the relevant lease documentation.
  • Rental payments
    Ferry Property has no tolerance to rent arrears and we monitor rent payments regularly.
    Should there be a problem arising, we will keep you informed and issue all relevant
    notices to the tenants.
  • Rent reviews
    These are monitored before any new lease is entered into and we will contact you and
    discuss the current market conditions before any action is taken to ensure that we are
    achieving the best possible rental return for your property.
  • Repairs and maintenance
    Any repairs and maintenance required are confirmed directly with yourself and actioned
    in accordance with your instructions.
  • Insurance claims
    We will arrange Landlord Insurance on your behalf and strongly recommend that you
    avail of this service. We will also handle all claims through this office and this includes
    claims such as fusion, broken glass and water damage.
  • Money disbursements
    We disburse funds at the middle and/or the end of the month and will send you your
    income by bank deposit. You will need to supply these details on the Form 20a -
    Appointment of Agent.
